On Friday, I’ll be judging the Art Direction Association of Iowa’s Annual Design Exhibition. Should be fun!

Deastro, “Parallelogram”

It’s just two songs, but MAN! Sweeping, intense, indie-electro…with a touch of prog. I’m especially obsessed with the second song. And the cover’s pretty damn cool.

My buddy Jeff just posted this image to Facebook. It’s from his 2006 visit to Chicago, and we’re at “MayFest”, which is basically Octoberfest Lite.

There’s a new logo reference book series coming out called the Master Library, and I just found out it’s going to include these four logo designs of mine. The first volume is “Initials and Crests,” so these are all based on letters. The first two are from the large series of H’s I did for Hazen Creative, Inc.
