Here are a couple cookbooks I designed.

In addition to those, I designed The Pleasure of Whole Grain Breads and art directed/managed numerous others, Super Smoothies, Holiday Treats, etc. There were also the PAD books which were each a cookbook, style book, entertaining manual, and DIY project guide wrapped into a big brick!
